Eli Broad Urges President Trump to Preserve DACA

“As a child of immigrants, I know firsthand how hard immigrants work to make our country a better place. The undocumented migrants who came to America as children are thriving in our schools, our workplaces and our communities. They are our coworkers and classmates, our teachers and neighbors, our doctors and soldiers. If DACA is discontinued, it will do a great disservice not just to these individuals but to all Americans. I urge the President to preserve DACA and Congress to pass the DREAM Act. All immigrants deserve the right to live and work without fear, so they can continue to strengthen our nation.”
